Jhansi on inquiries from actor friends about contracting COVID-19: Please do not call me if you just want to gossip

Popular actress-TV host Jhansi is currently under self-isolation and she has confirmed the same in her recent note of appreciation for actress Navya Swamy, who had tested positive for coronavirus.
Close sources reveal that Navya Swamy shot for Jhansi’s Parivaar League 2 a few days ago which has now forced Jhansi and her team to stay in isolation too. On this note, the Parivaar League 2 host made a special request for actors who are calling her to inquire about her well-being.
In one of her recent Instagram stories, Jhansi revealed that a few of her actor friends are spreading fear, hatred and gossip in the name of showing concern.She further asked them not to call her if they ‘just want to gossip about the issue’.

In yet another Insta story, the actress mentioned that ‘actors are at high risk when it comes to COVID-19’. Adding that actors get exposed more than anybody else, Jhansi also urged every actor, who chose to work amid COVID-19 spread to understand the risks properly instead of blaming anyone.

Jhansi doesn’t shy away from calling a spade a spade and she is leaving no stone unturned to spread awareness on COVID-19. The popular anchor has always been vocal about societal issues.

On the work front, Jhansi was recently seen in the quarantine chat show ‘Love You Zindagi’. While fiction shows have already resumed airing fresh episodes, non-fiction shows are yet to make a comeback.
