Karthika Deepam update: Soundarya has an intense showdown with Monitha

In the latest episode of Karthika Deepam, Soundarya points a gun at Monitha asking if Karthik has come. She does the same to Priyamani, who reveals that Karthik hasn’t come to their place. Soundarya threatens Monitha to leave Karthik adding that they want to hide the truth about Hima and Soundarya from Karthik only for a while. Monitha says she will reveal the truth to Karthik when it has to be.She also vows to marry Karthik, further challenging Soundarya to stop her. Soundarya tries to intimidate Monitha but the latter reminds her to worry about Sourya first. Monitha opines Sourya might soon learn the truth that Hima is her twin sister which might lead to many disturbances in the family. Soundarya thanks Monitha for reminding her priorities.
At home, Shravya notices Deepa worrying what Soundarya might be doing to Monitha. Deepa tells Shravya that Soundarya must be teaching a lesson to Monitha for the ruckus she created at the cradle ceremony. Karthik overhears their conversation and learns that Soundarya has gone to Monitha’s place. Karthik asks Deepa to stand in front of him until Soundarya returns home. Deepa is afraid of Karthik’s reaction to Soundarya’s action against Monitha. Worried, Shravya informs Adithya about the same but he asks her not to worry much.
Soundarya is home only to get questioned by Karthik. Meanwhile, Sourya tries to overhear their conversation.
