These candid BTS pictures of actors Nirupam and Premi Viswanath are proof of their crackling chemistry

Karthika Deepam continues to rule the TRP charts and the hearts of the viewers. In the show, the lead pair Karthik-Deepa is at the verge of taking divorce. The latest BTS pictures from the sets of the show prove that the lead actors Nirupam Paritala and Premi Viswanath are good friends. Well, that's certainly the secret of their crackling on-screen chemistry.
Nirupam took to his Instagram to share pictures of the special biscuits that Premi got from Kerala, the latter shared a few pictures wherein she is posing with Nirupam and wrote, “With My Dr Babu.”


In his latest Instagram post, Nirupam quipped that much against the popular belief, it is Deepa aka Premi who troubles Karthik. He wrote,
“This is for all those who think- Karthik is troubling Deepa.. but the actual scene is reverse😜 @premi_vishwanath #karthikadeepam (sic).”

Premi plays the titular role of Deepa aka Vantalakka in the Telugu remake of Malayalam TV series Karuthamuthu which is believed to be a spin-off of another Malayalam show Kumkumapoovu. Premi played the female lead in the Malayalam original as well. Karthika Deepam is being remade in Tamil and Kannada as well.
Premi recently celebrated her birthday on the sets of Karthika Deepam by cutting a beautiful custom made cake in presence of her co-actors and crew of the show.

The current storyline of the show showcases the growing rift between Karthik and Deepa. While their kids Sourya and Hima desperately try to get them married, Karthik decides to divorce Deepa and compels her to sign the divorce documents. It remains to be seen if Karthik and Deepa will reunite any time sooner.
On the work front, Nirupam is also seen playing the male lead in shows like Prema.
