Actress Surekha Vani’s husband and TV director Suresh Teja passes away

TV director and popular actress Surekha Vani’s husband Suresh Teja has passed away this morning (May 6).
Suresh Teja had been battling a prolonged illness for a while before he breathed his last at a private hospital in Hyderabad. Further details about the last rites are yet to be known.
Suresh Teja has worked in Telugu television as a writer and even directed TV shows like Maa Talkies, Heartbeat, Moguds Pellams. Actress Surekha Vani hosted the shows Moguds Pellams and Heartbeat directed by husband Suresh Teja. He has also worked as a programming head for a vernacular television channel for a brief time.
Suresh Teja is survived by wife Surekha Vani and daughter Supritha.
