A 26-year-old man, Sindhukumar from Aruvikkara, was found dead after his neck became entangled in a swing rope outside his home. Family members last saw him on the swing Monday night talking on his phone. He was discovered by his sister the next morning, police believe it was an accidental entanglement.

NEW DELHI: A 26-year-old man was found dead after his neck got entangled in a swing rope in nearby Aruvikkara, police said on Tuesday.
The victim was identified as Sindhukumar, who hailed from Mundela in Aruvikkara.
Police reports indicate that family members last observed him on Monday night, seated on a swing outside their residence whilst engaged in a mobile phone conversation.
On Tuesday morning, Sindhukumar's sister discovered him unresponsive, with the swing rope wrapped around his neck, according to police statements.
Police investigations suggest that the rope may have accidentally become entangled around his neck whilst he was seated on the swing.
