As Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen and actress-singer
Hailee Steinfeld prepare for their much-anticipated wedding, the excitement isn’t limited to just the couple. Bills general manager Brandon Beane is among those eagerly awaiting the celebration—but he’s hoping for one specific highlight at the festivities: good drinks.

“Hopefully there’s good booze,” Beane joked during an appearance on The Rich Eisen Show on Tuesday, May 6.
The light-hearted remark was part of a broader conversation where Beane opened up about his admiration for Allen’s fiancée and the couple’s growing presence within the Bills community.
Though Beane hasn’t yet seen Steinfeld’s latest film Sinners, he admitted he’s heard glowing things about her performance, saying she “was awesome.” But beyond her talent, it’s Steinfeld’s character that seems to have made the biggest impression on the Bills GM.

“I'll tell you what, Rich, she is as humble as they come,” Beane shared. “She's done a lot of stuff with our local women, the wives, girlfriends of the club, and I've heard it not only from my wife, but so many of the others, like, just how down-to-earth she is for the success she's had.” According to Beane, Steinfeld has effortlessly integrated herself into the Bills family, noting, “She just blends right in... It's a testament to her and to Josh. He's the exact same way.”
The couple’s engagement, announced in a heartfelt Instagram post last November, featured Allen kneeling in front of Steinfeld by a body of water, surrounded by roses. The caption read simply: ♾️ 11•22•24 ♾️ — marking their future wedding date.
During the interview, Eisen also couldn’t resist poking fun at Allen’s massive $330 million contract extension, announced shortly after he earned the 2024 NFL MVP award. Eisen quipped, “Does giving him that contract mean you don’t have to get him something off the registry?”
Beane laughed, responding, “That’s a good one. I’m going to remind my wife of that, don’t overspend.” He continued with a chuckle, “He wouldn’t even notice what I brought in with all those zeros he’s got.”
The star quarterback and the Pitch Perfect actress made their red carpet debut earlier this year at the NFL Honors in New Orleans, with Steinfeld proudly supporting her MVP partner. Following the event, she shared a photo with a playful caption: “That’s MVP Josh Allen to you!”
As their November wedding approaches, it’s clear the couple has the full support of their inner circle—and a guest list that includes teammates, celebrities, and of course, a GM hoping for top-shelf booze.
