Neetu Chandra unveils first look of Bhojpuri film 'Kariyatthi'

Neetu Chandra, the actress and producer, revealed the first look of her new Bhojpuri film 'Kariyatthi', directed by National Award-winning Nitin Neera Chandra. She shared the eye-catching poster on her social media, showing her commitment to the project.
The title 'Kariyatthi' highlights important issues like skin color discrimination and female foeticide, based on a short story by Saroj Singh.The eye-catching poster suggests a story that will connect with audiences by mixing personal experiences with significant social themes.

The film will reach a diverse audience by being released in several languages. Starring Annu Priya, a National School of Drama graduate, and Deepak Singh, Kariyatthi is finished and scheduled to release early next year.
This marks their fourth film following 'Deswa', 'Mithila Makhaan', and 'Jackson Halt'. The previous release, 'Jackson Halt', received praise for its gripping thriller narrative, and 'Mithila Makhaan' was awarded a national honor for Best Maithili Language Film, further solidifying their impressive legacy in cinema.
Neetu is on a tour in the US for her musical show Umraao Jaan. Her latest appearance was in the Sony Motion Pictures franchise 'Never Back Down Revolt'.
