Noomi Rapace eyeing Horizons?

Noomi Rapace and Olivia Wilde are favourites to win the lead roles in 'Horizons'.
The actresses among a list of candidates, including Jessica Chastain, Brit Marling and Olga Kurylenko who are up to play the leading ladies in the movie, which has Tom Cruise signed on to star.
Filmmaker Joseph Kosinski - who directed Olivia in 'Tron: Legacy' - is helming the sci-fi project about an earth which has been ruined by aliens.
Humans must live among the clouds, and Tom will play the part of a man who must go down to the surface and repair drones which keep the extra-terrestrials away.
The movie is set to be filmed ahead of a July 2013 release.
Tom has a large number of big film roles coming up in the next couple of years - as well as being seen as action man Ethan Hunt in 'Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol', he is also playing the lead part of Stacee Jaxx in the film adaptation of Broadway musical 'Rock of Ages' alongside Russell Brand.
