The 17th Triennial Conference – Horizon- concluded recently, bringing together delegates from around the world. The event saw participation from 15 countries, fostering learning, cultural exchange, friendship, fellowship, and selfless outreach to underprivileged sections of society. The event officially began with the inauguration of the Shopping Arcade, Chandni Chowk, where exhibitors from various regions showcased products crafted by the women they empower. The arcade was inaugurated by International Inner Wheel President Mamta Gupta and other esteemed dignitaries.
Special highlights included a garba-themed ramp walk by District ISOs, celebrating cultural vibrancy, with performances by girls from Sarvam NGO. After a refreshing lunch break, the inaugural session commenced with the flag parade, led by AP Sunita Jain, IIWP Mamta Gupta, PIIWP Pallavi Shah, PIIWBD Vimla Abrahim, Triennial Convenor PIIWP Abha Gupta, Triennial Co-Convenor PDC Madhu Nagpal, and the Association Executive Council, followed by AC Members and 27 District Chairmen. A special session featured Priya Dutt, who shared her inspirational life experiences. The evening unfolded with a cultural extravaganza leaving everyone eager for the upcoming sessions.
Day 2 witnessed members grooving to the mesmerising tunes of Nizami Bandhu, whose renowned folk songs captivated the audience.
Day 3 continued with an inspiring talk by the motivational speaker Darpan Vasudev, leaving the audience enriched and motivated. With unforgettable experiences, valuable exchanges, and strengthened global connections, the conference left a lasting impact on all attendees.
