Recent buzz suggests that Deepika Padukone has been paid a hefty fee for her performance in this entertainer. According to India Today, Deepika has been paid more than Rs 10 crore.

In recent times, the actress has been earning a lot of global recognition. After being named as the brand ambassador of an international luxury brand, the actress made her presence felt at FIFA world cup and Paris Fashion and will soon be seen as a presenter at the Academy Awards 2023.
While Deepika is off on her international commitments, team Project K has been shooting in Hyderabad. Recently, Amitabh Bachchan was injured on the sets of the film while shooting for an action scene. He had shared about the same on his blog, “In Hyderabad at the shoot for Project K, during an action shot, I have got injured, rib cartilage popped broke and muscle tear to the right rib cage, canceled shoot, did Doctor consult and scan by CT at the AIG Hospital in Hyderabad and flown back home (sic). Strapping has been done and rest been advocated, yes painful, on movement and breathing, will take some weeks they say before some normalisation will occur. Some medication is on also for pain. So all work that was to be done has been suspended and canceled dropped postponed for the moment until healing occurs.” The actor was soon flown down to Mumbai and is recuperating at his bungalow in Juhu.
