About a month ago, senior actress Deepti Naval underwent angioplasty. In a brief but exclusive chat with ETimes this evening, Deepti Naval said that she is fine now and might move out from Himachal Pradesh where she is currently staying. "The cold is setting in and I may go to Chandigarh," she revealed.

It all began in October. "I was perfectly alright and had no symptoms of discomfort.

Just once suddenly I felt pain in the chest, followed by difficulty in breathing. I went to a nearby missionary hospital and was told that it would be better if I shifted myself to a bigger hospital. I quickly went to Chandigarh (Fortis Hospital), where the doctors carried out an angioplasty. It was smooth and got over in about an hour."
Deepti Naval said that she has been very particular about her diet since the longest time. "Heart trouble runs in my family. Doctors told me it was hereditary." Goes without saying that Deepti Naval is still particular about what she eats and what she does not.
The senior actress also said that she is busy doing some editing and writing work in HP after the angioplasty. "Hands are full," she signed off.
