She mentioned that despite debates on nepotism after Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, the issue persists. She added that whenever she raises concerns, she faces FIRs and backlash but remains determined to speak her mind.

Her latest film, Emergency, premiered on an OTT platform last week and has been praised by audiences and industry insiders. The film explores the 1975 Emergency imposed by Indira Gandhi and even sparked Oscar buzz. However, Kangana dismissed the idea, stressing the importance of India's National Awards over Western recognition.
Meanwhile, Kangana has directed and produced Emergency, in which she portrays Indira Gandhi. The film features an ensemble cast, including Anupam Kher, Shreyas Talpade, Vishak Nair, Milind Soman, and the late Satish Kaushik.
