Our source said, “Mallika is extremely excited about working with Kundan Shah. She loved the script as well as her character.The film is about a small-town girl from Satara, who makes a journey from being a prostitute to a chief minister.
It is a very meaty role.”When contacted, Kundan Shah refused to divulge anything about the cast of the film. However, in an earlier interview, he had said, “The story is about a woman who goes from being a prostitute to a politician. It is very interesting but a challenging role. I am looking
forward to starting the film early next year.”Our source adds, “The film is tentatively titled Masquerade.”
