My workout
My friends call me Forest Gump because I run. I run on the treadmill, I run on the streets, I run at Joggers Park. Sometimes when I'm upset about something, I run in the afternoon sun on the street, in the blazing heat just to clear my head. The amount I run on the treadmill is directly proportionate to the number of cute guys at the gym! There are days I just don't feel up to it and my body just says no to running.

On those days I opt for swimming and yoga. Swimming relaxes me and mellows me out. I swim 40 laps for a good workout. Yoga is a workout for my spirit and I practice it at least thrice a week.
My diet
I eat everything except sugar. Two years ago I used to have sleepless nights, chronic insomnia and very bad PMS. I tried everything, spent hours researching and trying everything until I tried giving up sugar. It worked and overnight I started to sleep better. I do not have high sugar levels but realise that sugar is just not for me. A little honey or jaggery sometimes is okay but no refined sugar. I also try and stay away from bread and chappatis. I've discovered my body doesn't digest wheat well. I eat loads of rice everyday though. Need those carbs and can’t do without my brown rice, which is a staple in my diet. I also love eating fish, eggs, vegetables and fruits. I try and not over-do the fried salty snacks. I'm nuts about nuts and snack on a bag of peanuts, cashews, almonds almost everyday. My favourite food is sushi. I’m never too strict with myself because I'm a foodie.

Happiness quotient
I’m happiest when I am doing something creative or working. I am a workaholic and the busier I am, the happier that makes me. I am in love with love, passion, romance and flirtation puts a big smile on my face. I’m happiest when I am outdoors, swimming in the sea, trekking up mountains, rolling in the grass or even hugging a tree! Being around my girl-friends also makes me happy.
Idea of relaxation
Lying in the sun by the pool or at the beach with a good book and jumping into the water when it gets too hot is my idea of relaxation! Photography is my hobby, it de-stresses me and all I think about is what’s in the frame and everything else in my life fades out. I’m also a sucker for a good foot massage. Hanging out with friends who make me laugh relaxes me. Yoga massages all the organs in the body and lubricates the joints, ligaments and tendons. All that stretching makes me feel so good and I always walk out of my yoga class feeling very sexy, balanced and calm. It also helps me sleep better.
