Bollywood’s King Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, made a rare public appearance in Mumbai, and as expected, the moment created a frenzy among fans and paparazzi. The superstar, known for keeping a low profile, was seen stepping out in the early hours of Tuesday amid tight security, shielding himself behind an umbrella.
A video shared by Instant Bollywood captures the actor’s security detail stationed outside a building, awaiting his exit. As the doors opened, one of his team members held a large black umbrella, completely blocking the superstar from view. Dressed casually in a black hooded jacket and matching pants, Shah Rukh made a swift exit and headed straight to his car without acknowledging the cameras.
Manager accompanies the superstar
His manager, Pooja Dadlani, was also seen accompanying him. While it remains unclear what the actor was attending, fans are speculating it could be connected to his much-anticipated international appearance.

Seen in Germany, Back in Mumbai
Recently Shah Rukh Khan was spotted by fans in Germany. Pictures and videos of him with admirers abroad were widely shared by fan pages on social media. The actor returned to Mumbai on April 27 and was briefly seen at the airport. Despite being in a rush, he took a moment to shake hands with a staff member before being driven away, showcasing his usual charm even in passing.
Met Gala debut incoming
What’s adding to the excitement is Shah Rukh Khan’s confirmed debut at the Met Gala 2025. The superstar is set to walk the iconic steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York on May 5, wearing a specially designed outfit by Indian couturier Sabyasachi. The news has left fans across the globe thrilled, as it marks a major international fashion debut for the actor.
