People across India have been supporting the nationwide lockdown along with stars from the Kannada film industry. As a result, Sandalwood has also taken a break from their shooting schedules and stars are seen engaged in different activities at home. Just like every other celebrity, actress Shwetha Srivatsav is also spending some quality time with her family but she says that it began two and a half years back for her.

Shwetha Srivatsav, who has been busy taking care of her kid, exclusively spoke with ETimes about how she is spending time during quarantine.
Shwetha said, “Right now, it's a difficult time for all of us, especially for parents. I have a two year old baby. Elders can understand the situation and are careful. But, it's hard to explain that to children, especially those under 4 years. It’s very difficult to make them understand and keep them occupied and busy. This is the toughest thing I am facing now. Even though I have my parents and husband, sometimes she wants to go out to play with friends which is very hard to control.”

Shwetha Srivatsav, who gave birth to a baby girl, two and a half years ago, feels that this is an extended curfew for her. “It is an extended curfew for me because for the past two years I was at home. After having a baby my social life has completely changed. I have become very conscious when I go for groceries shopping, and I think twice about giving something eatable to my daughter. I am generally very hygienic, and keep everything clean. Even my daughter is like, she washes her hands every time, and most of the sanitizer at home is used by her,” explained Shwetha.
The actress added, “This curfew hasn't made much difference to me. I am with my parents and my husband used to work from home for three days a week anyway. Now, he is always working from home and he is very happy to spend time with family. My daughter is keeping us busy and entertaining us. I always teach my daughter new things. Recently, she made chapatis too, which surprised us.”

Shwetha Srivatsav also requested people to stay at home and be hygienic. Suggesting what can be done during these times,
Shweta said, “Now, I think a lot of people will understand having a baby is spending at least 3 years at home. Those who think of extending their family, this is the best example of how you should spend time at home. I request people to stay at home, and not go out apart from grocery shopping. Try to keep yourselves hygienic and keep yourself occupied. People can spend time reading books and watching movies. Those who don't have kids or are single, this is the best time to explore themselves.”
Shwetha Srivatsav, who recently signed a new movie ‘Rahadari’ directed by Girish Vairamudi, has stopped shooting because of the Coronavirus lockdown. She is playing the role of a police officer in this film.
