Kavita Krishnamurthy to perform with L Subramaniam

The Times of India Lakshminarayana Global Music Festival which uis held every year has different themes and this year it is no different. While this year’s performance will be marked by Norwegian tuba soloist Oystein Baadsvik and American flute player Hubert Laws’s performances will also see L Subramanium’s wife, Kavita Krishnamurthy take the stage. The singer will be seen performing some of her own pieces and also sing the musicians’ compositions.But, that is not all. In fact, even his son and daughter – bi and Bindu will get onstage for the same. They will be performing along with Hubert along with their group which is called, Subramania.
The festival which was started as a tribute to Subramaniam’s father, renowned violinist V Lakshminarayana has become quite popular and L Subramanium has worked towards making it successful every year. The veteran artist is often seen sharing stage with his children for performances.
