Mohanlal's crime thriller 'Thudarum' continues its steady run at the box office, collecting an estimated Rs 8 crore on the tenth day of its release.

According to early estimates by trade analyst Sacnilk, the film has crossed the Rs 70 crore mark in India, with a total collection of around Rs 71 crore by the tenth day. The first week saw the film rake in Rs 51.4 crore, predominantly from the Malayalam market which contributed about Rs 50.34 crore, while the Telugu dubbed version added a smaller share.
Competition in the second week
During its second weekend, 'Thudarum' maintained steady footfall despite facing competition from big releases like Suriya's 'Retro', 'Nani's HIT: The Third Case', and Ajay Devgn's 'Raid 2'. On its second Friday (day 8), the film collected Rs 5.4 crore, followed by Rs 6.2 crore on Saturday and an estimated Rs 8 crore on Sunday, showcasing good weekend growth and sustained interest from audiences.
Theatre occupancy
Occupancy figures highlight the film’s popularity among Malayalam-speaking viewers. On Sunday, May 4, 2025, Thudarum recorded an overall occupancy of over 81% in Malayalam theaters. Morning shows attracted nearly 70% attendance, while afternoon and evening shows saw even higher occupancy, reaching close to 87% and 89% respectively. Night shows also performed strongly with over 80% occupancy, reflecting consistent audience enthusiasm throughout the day.
