Set to be released in 3D, 'Barroz' is an upcoming Indian Malayalam-language fantasy film helmed by Mohanlal himself. Based on the novel "Barroz: Guardian of D'Gama's Treasure" by Jijo Punnoose, the film stars Mohanlal in the titular role, supported by an ensemble cast including Maya, Cesar Lorente Raton, Kallirroi Tziafeta, Tuhin Menon, and Guru Somasundaram.

Meanwhile, Mohanlal is currently taking part in the shoot for Tharun Moorthy's 'L360'.
