Dr Biju deletes Facebook page, citing online abuse

Dr Biju has deleted his public Facebook page, citing online abuse. He revealed this on his private page, where he has said that for the past two days, his Facebook page has been inundated with hundreds of abusive comments from fans and also those from the film industry.
"It is of no use making a formal complaint against this as they have declared themselves as fans of stars.I have been getting abuse over the phone as well. There was no other choice but to delete my page. In such circumstances, you feel completely alone." In his personal page, he will be communicating with his friends, he has said, adding that noone should imagine that he can be silenced with abuse.
A few days earlier, Dr Biju had said that he would be boycotting the State Awards if Mohanlal is the chief guest. Later he softened his stand, posting that someone like Mohanlal should ideally step back from attending the State Awards as a chief guest, as the focus should be on the award winners, not the guest.
