There has been yet another interesting addition to Mohanlal’s upcoming film ‘Neyyattinkara Gopante Aaraattu’. Ramachandra Raju, who played the villain Garuda Ram in Yash starrer ‘KGF Chapter 1’ has been roped in for the upcoming Mohanlal film.
B Unnikrishnan, the director of ‘Aaraattu’ has shared the interesting update through his social media handle. In the picture, Mohanlal and B Unnikrishnan are seen striking a pose with the KGF star.

B Unnikrishnan shared that it was great working with the KGF actor. “It was nice working with Ram, aka Garuda Ram in #aarattu (sic),” B Unnikrishnan said.

Helmed by B Unnikrishnan, ‘Aaraattu’ will see Mohanlal in the shoes of Neyyattinkara Gopan. According to the reports, the film revolves around the character Gopan, who travels from Neyyattinkara to Palakkad on a mission. Touted to be an all-out entertainer that has elements of sentiments, comedy, and action, ‘Aaraattu’ is scripted by Udayakrishna. ‘Vikram Vedha’ star Shraddha Srinath has been signed in to play an IAS officer in the film, while actors Nedumudi Venu, Saikumar, Siddique, Ashwin Kumar, Rachana Narayanankutty, Johnny Antony, Vijayaraghavan, Nandu, Swasika, and Neha Saxena have roped in to play some supporting characters in the film.
The shooting of the film is progressing in Palakkad and is expected to hit the screens by Onam.
