‘Kochaal’ teaser: Indrans - Krishna Sankar starrer promises a light-hearted police story

The genre of cop-drama usually creates a feeling among the audience that the film will be stacked with thrill, violence, and some intriguing action sequences. What makes the upcoming Indrans - Krishna Sankar starrer ‘Kochaal’ unique is because of the fact that the film promises a light-hearted police story from the recently released teaser unveiled by the makers.

Actors Indrans and Krishna Sankar will be playing police characters in the film which is directed by Shyam Mohan under the script penned down by Midhun-Prajith.The film also has the actors Shine Tom Chacko and Murali Gopy in pivotal roles.

The 48 seconds teaser opens with the shot of the actor Krishna Sankar’s police character named Sreekuttan who is irritated by a local resident who calls him by the name ‘Kochaal’. The scene then shifts to the two police characters Sreekuttan and Paulose, played by Indrans, who are assigned night duty. The teaser also has some intriguing moments filled with some terrific shot composition.
Jomon Thomas and Arun Bhaskar are roped in as the cinematographer for ‘Kochaal’, whereas the editing section will be handled by Bijish Balakrishnan. PS Jayahari and ISKRA (Yadhu Krishnan, Nitin Menon, and Bonny Abraham) will compose the songs for the film under the lyrics penned down by Santhosh Varma and the background score will be composed by Manikandan Ayyappa.
On the other hand, Indrans has a lot of highly ambitious projects in the pipeline that includes ‘Vamanan’, ‘Jack N Jill’, ‘Malayankunju’, ‘Udal’, ‘Jackson Bazaar Youth’, ‘Within Seconds’, and ‘Kaapa’.
