Nayanthara joins ‘Nizhal’?

Appu N Bhattathiri’s maiden directorial venture ‘Nizhal’ had gone on floors a couple of weeks ago. ‘Nizhal’ will see Kunchacko Boban and Nayanthara essaying the leads and the team is currently filming the portions of Kunchacko Boban in its initial schedule in Kochi. Recent reports suggest that Nayanthara has landed in Kerala and has joined the sets of ‘Nizhal’. A picture of Nayanthara standing with a film crew on the beach is now going viral on the internet.

Starring Nayanthara and Kunchacko Boban, ‘Nizhal’ is touted to be a mystery thriller. Kunchacko Boban is essaying the role of John Baby, a First Class Judicial Magistrate.‘Nizhal’ also marks the maiden directorial venture of State Award-winning editor Appu N Bhattathiri. In an interview with ETimes, the director revealed that the movie has a strong female protagonist and that’s how Nayanthara roped in for the project. Debutant S Sanjeev has crafted the script while Deepak D Menon is cranking the lens. Sooraj S Kurup is in charge of the music department and the director has roped in as the editor along with Arunlal SP. Abhishek S Bhattathiri is the sound designer. Appu N Bhattathiri has also shared with us that the major portions of the movie will be shot indoors.
