She has herself composed and crooned the ‘Chayappattu’. ‘Virus’ scenarist Mushin Parari has penned the lyrics and the soulful song will surely make you reach out for a strong cup of tea.The video features Sithara Krishnakumar sitting black tea, set in the 90s inspired Chayakkada (restaurant).

Shot in Munnar, the music video is directed by Ajan RS Mahesh SR, Aneesh CS, Muhammed Sudheer. Akhil Sundaram and Justin Kalabhavan have jointly wielded the camera while Alby Nataraj has edited and colored the pleasing visuals. Akhilesh KR is the production designer for ‘Chayappattu’.
