Tiny Tom refutes rumours about turning scribe for a Mammootty starrer

News about actor Tiny Tom trying his hand at writing a script, for the first time ever was making rounds on social media for a while now, and the highlight was that it would have actor Mammootty in it. Rumours were rife that the storyline will revolve around the life of Ashraf Thamarassery, who made headlines during actress Sridevi’s unexpected demise. Ashraf is popularly known as the angel in disguise for the relatives of the foreign nationals who die in the UAE, as he helps them with the repatriation process.
However, Tiny Tom recently cleared all airs regarding the same, and there has been no official progress in connection to the idea. He says, “It was just a thought, as I was intrigued by Ashraf ikka’s life. I felt that if I ever get an opportunity to write a script, it would be on the subject.”
He adds, “During one of our casual conversations, I happened to talk to Mammukka about this idea that popped up in my mind, following which he asked me if it would appear as a documentary. Then I told him, I will definitely give it a try as to not make it look like a documentary. And I left it at that."
Tiny Tom concludes, “It was only my desire to write a script, keeping Ashraf Thamarassery in mind, and I would love it if Mammukka is part of it, if ever a project like this kicks off. That said, I have not taken any official action about it.”
