An IndiGo flight from Chandigarh to Mumbai received a bomb scare on Tuesday night.The threat was allegedly made via a call to Mumbai’s Sahar airport hotline.However, the flight landed safely at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport late last night, where security officials conducted a thorough inspection of the aircraft. Mumbai Police later confirmed that nothing suspicious was found on board.This incident follows a similar scare just last month, when an IndiGo flight from Jaipur to Mumbai was forced to make an emergency landing due to a bomb alert,which ended up being a hoax.
