Pranshoe found writing for Archer "a process of discovering and exploration". On being declared the winner, he said, “As someone who has struggled to seek recognition for his literary work, a success of this magnitude is an ineffable feeling.”

Anumita also secured the second position for Madhuri Banerjee’s contest in Write India Season 1. "Just the fact that I had the opportunity to be read by Archer, and one of the leading editorial houses in the country is the reward of my effort," she said.

Divya saw Write India as a way to experiment writing for varied genres. "It was exhilarating to write for an icon as Sir Jeffrey Archer. Weaving a story around his prompt was a huge challenge, and it has indeed been a rewarding experience," she said.
