Ingredients required
150 gms drumstick, 4 medium-sized potatoes, 10-12 garlic pods, 2 tsp ginger, 2 tsp yellow mustard seeds, 2 tomatoes, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 2 tbsp mustard oil, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, and salt to taste

Step 1
Peel and chop the drumsticks and wash them under running water.
Step 2
Soak mustard seeds in water for 10-15 minutes and then wash them.
Step 3
Using a sil-batta grind the mustard seeds, along with garlic and ginger and green chilli into a coarse paste.
Step 4
Heat oil in a kadhai. Add mustard oil, cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Step 5
Add the paste along with chopped onion and tomatoes and cook them for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Add the spices and washed drumsticks and diced potatoes. Mix well and cover. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
Step 7
Add 1 cup of boiling water, cover, and cook for another 10 minutes. Adjust the salt, if required.
Step 8
Your Moringa Drumstick Potato Curry is ready. Enjoy it with roti or steamed rice.
