How to build Paladin Javelin in Last Epoch S2

The Last Epoch 1.2 brings Tombs of the Erased, marking a milestone for the Sentinel, the Paladin. Monolith of Fate has been redesigned, launched with the fresh and powerful new system of Faction mechanics, along with many revamps on skill interactions, which opened the game widely for creative storytelling.
