After his testing stint with the Ferrari in Bahrain, Formula 1 legend Lewis Hamilton is back with one of the most interesting updates with respect to his upcoming season. Reportedly, the former Mercedes star would be joined by New Zealand-based physiotherapist Angela Cullen during his time with the Ferrari for the next season.
The British racing legend is quite excited to be back with Angela Cullen, as she has not only been a physiotherapist to Hamilton but also a great friend and confidante.

Apart from being one of the most prominent faces of Mercedes over the years, Lewis Hamilton has not only won championships for the racing giant but also made a few bonds for a lifetime. The 40-year-old racing icon shares a great relationship with Angela Cullen, a reputed New Zealand-based physiotherapist who has been working with him since 2016. Cullen has not only been Hamilton’s trainer but also his friend and confidante, witnessing his four world titles with Mercedes.
Reportedly, Lewis Hamilton's fresh start with the Ferrari marks the comeback of his long-time trainer and friend Angela Cullen too. During a recent interview with Sky F1, Lewis Hamilton opened up on the kind of bond he shares with Cullen. The Ferrari star even revealed that he is quite excited to have her back. He said-
“It’s always important to have a good foundation of people around you. I’ve generally had a very good base for many, many years. So, I still have all the team that I had last year, but I’ve brought Ange [Angela] in on top of that.”

While talking about his bond with Cullen, Hamilton further said,
“We have a great relationship, me and Ange. We’ve known each other for a long, long time, we’ve gone through a lot together, and she took a couple of years out and she spent time with her family, discovering the world.”
The Formula 1 legend expressed his excitement with respect to having Angela Cullen back on the board. He even added,
“And asking her to come and start this new chapter with me, and her accepting it, was really exciting. And we’ve been having a blast. This past month together has been really awesome.”
Angela Cullen took up the role of Lewis Hamilton’s physiotherapist in 2016 and continued it till March 2023. Hamilton and Cullen have been on good terms with each other. She was spotted at Fiorano at the garage of Ferrari when Lewis Hamilton was busy trying his hands with the new automotive racing car.
