If Randy Orton hasn't already RKOed his way into everyone's favorite list of wrestlers, his music choice might give him the boost. Not that he needs it much. In his recent sit-down with Billboard, the celebrated wrestling legend opened up quite a lot about himself, including his music choice, especially on what he likes to listen to when he is hitting up the gym.And it's not what one might expect!

Randy Orton is a big fan of female rappers

Randy Orton loves music. In his own words, his love for music is "a little bit of everything." But he is especially a very big fan of female rappers. While he "grew up on classic rock," with his Dad playing the likes of Zeppelin, Hendrix, Pink Floyd, Styx, and Rush around him. And he, being a fan of Metallica and Nirvana's music, has found an appreciation for rap and hip-hop, especially the female rappers. Talking to , Orton said:"I think it’s a little bit of a lot of things, man. These women can f–king rap. It’s a little risqué, and I’m bumping it loud. I have a nice system in my home gym, and when I’m working out, I’m playing Megan Thee Stallion, Cardi B, GloRilla, KenTheMan, every one I name [from the Sheamus workout video]. Baby Tate, Nicki Minaj, Bia."
He revealed that when he is in the home gym, or anytime that he is working out, his playlist has a lot of rap music going. But he is not just listening to mainstream rap. His playlist is quite diverse, as he reveals listening to rappers like Anna Pepe, an Italian rapper, and Snow Tha Product, another low-key rapper, with some pretty good tracks in her discography. "There’s always a bad-ass bassline in the back. It’s just fun to workout to, but I like a little bit of everything, too."

Randy Orton names his favorite rappers

It's easy to see how much Randy Orton enjoys his music in the way he talks about it. It's great to see someone like him, a wrestler who is known for his fierce physicality, talk so openly about his love for rap and rappers. When asked who he would put in the Mount Rushmore of female rappers, it didn't take Orton a lot of time to fess up. "I think Cardi and Nicki have to be up there. F–k. Megan and GloRilla."It didn't end there, though. He also has a special place for Sexyy Red, a fellow St. Louis star. Unfortunately, according to Orton, playing her songs when he is working out doesn't go over too well with his wife. He laughingly revealed:"Ah, man. You know what? I get in trouble with my wife if I play her songs in the gym."
He also revealed that he met Sexyy during a show along with his wife and kids, and it was great. They bonded over their St. Louis connection, and he is ready to put her up in his Mount Rushmore of female rappers. "I got to meet Sexyy at an NXT show in October and my wife and kids were there. She was great, and of course she’s from St. Louis. I don’t know who I’d take off, but maybe we’ll do a top five and throw Sexyy in there, too."Well, looks like he has his priorities sorted. As do the fans, who are gearing up for Randy Orton and John Cena's upcoming face-off during Backlash on May 10.
