Suriya is currently shooting for the tentatively titled ‘Suriya 42’ which is directed by Siva. Before this, he was shooting for his film ‘Vanangaan’ with director Bala. The movie features Krithi Shetty as the female lead and the movie went on floors a few months back and the shooting took place in Kanyakumari and parts of Kerala for nearly 40 days.

Director Arun Prabhu Purushothaman of ‘Aruvi’ fame has signed his forthcoming yet-untitled film with 24 AM Studios, which has produced films like ‘Remo’ and ‘Velaikkaran’ to name a few. The project was officially launched on Tuesday with a formal pooja ceremony along with the producers.
