Palash Sen is a very well-known Indian singer, songwriter, musician, composer and actor best known as the founder of India's pop band Euphoria. Born to doctor parents, Palash is of Bengali heritage from his father's side and Dogra heritage from his mother's.

Palash founded the band Euphoria when he was in college. He had started composing songs from in college days and was writing them in English. He made his Bollywood debut with the film Filhaal (2001), which was directed by Meghna Gulzar, and also starred Tabu and Sushmita Sen.

Euphoria's frontman Palash Sen on July 8, 2017 expressed that film music is down to its minimum as in a year, hundreds of songs are made and sadly India is being represented by those tracks.

"People need to understand that film music is down to its minimum. In a year, say 100 films release with at least six songs in each film. Our country is being represented with those 600 songs, which I believe is very sad," said Palash.
