Kanchan Mullick to get married for the second time; set to tie the knot with rumoured girfriend Sreemoyee Chattoraj?

Bengali actor Kanchan Mullick is all set to get married again. Reports suggest, Tollywood’s well-known face is likely to tie the knot soon with his rumoured girlfriend and television actress Sreemoyee Chattoraj. Kanchan and Sreemoyee’s rumoured affair has been the talk of the town for long. Although they insist on calling themselves each other’s good friend, the rumoured couple has been spotted together in various parties and social gatherings.Speculations are rife that after Kanchan’s divorce with his former wife, Sreemoyee is all set to get married to silver screen’s Tenida.

Sreemoyee Chattoraj gained popularity after playing the character of Radharani in Krishnokoli. Her personal life came into focus after she was linked with Kanchan Mullick. Kanchan’s ex-wife Pinky Banerjee expressed her displeasure several times over the actor-politician’s behaviour and his rumoured extra-marital affair with Sreemoyee. After a brief absence from television screen, Sreeymoyee came back on TV with Kanchan in Kamala O Sriman Prithwiraj. Off the screen, Kanchan and Sreemoyee are often seen together in social events. Last year they celebrated Kali Puja together in Kanchan’s apartment. In 2022’s Kali Puja, Sreemoyee was seen taking charge of Kanchan's house's Puja and she did everything including welcoming the guests, arrangements, drawing the alpana, etc. As per sources, for last year’s Kali Puja, the actress took charge of the bhog. The rumoured couple was seen with each other in colour coordinated red and white traditional outfit.
Kanchan was previously married to actress Pinky Banerjee. They have a son together. Kanchan and Pinky’s marriage fell apart a few years back when they complained against each other at the police station. After years of legal battle, Kanchan Mullick and television actress Pinky Banerjee’s divorce was finalised. The court gave a verdict for the divorce on January 10.
