Nina Arianda joins 'Hannibal' cast
'Hannibal' will reunite Hugh Dancy with his Broadway co-star Nina Arianda. Arianda, 30, earned a Tony Award for Best Actress in a Play for starring opposite Dancy in Venus in Fur at the Lyceum Theatre.
The actress is joining the cast of Hannibal as criminal profiler Will Graham's (Dancy) wife Molly, reported Entertainment Weekly. Arianda will begin making recurring appearances in season three's eighth episode as part of a major twist.
Molly will be instrumental in encouraging her husband Will to continue his work with the FBI.
Arianda is one of several major additions to the 'Hannibal' cast for its upcoming run on NBC. 'The Hobbit's Richard Armitage will begin appearing as the serial killer Francis Dolarhyde, while Joe Anderson is replacing Michael Pitt as the sadistic Mason Verger. Gillian Anderson will be joining the main cast as 'Hannibal's (Mads Mikkelsen) psychotherapist Bedelia Du Maurier.
