'Chikoo Ki Mummy Durr Kei' fame
Tanmay Nagar is excited to share screen space with
Annu Kapoor and
Sharman Joshi in the upcoming Bollywood movie 'Sab Moh Maya Hai' which is slated for premiere on November 18.
He shared, "I'll be seen as Tanu which is my original nickname. The director (Abhinav Pareek) wanted the role to be mostly original specifically about me, he wanted me to be the original Tanu who's carefree, casual and happy-go-lucky when it comes to my inner-circle friends and relatives and on top of that to make the fable more amusing by my regional accent and sense of wittiness."
Tanmay continued about his role and added, "My role is very interesting in the film.
Tanu has a best friend in the movie Rupa (Rupesh Chauhan) and our relationship is portrayed as Jai-Veeru. They poke in every matter whether it's a marriage, birth ceremony or even at someone's death they have to present. Pulling everybody's leg is their all-time favourite hobby, similarly when it comes to the protagonists of the film they have to be present. In simple words, Tanu is like Begani Shaadi Main Abdullah Diwana."
Talking about sharing screen space with Annu Kapoor and Sharman Joshi. He said, "The movie is a hilarious tale of father (Anu sir) and son (Sharman sir) relationship. And it was an opportunity for me to be part of this film. They were like a guide to me and were fun to be with. They are highly encouraging and nurturing. I learned a lot from both of them."
Previously Tanmay has acted in 'Darbar' and an award-winning short film 'UTOPIA ek Mrigtrishna...' Tanmay has also been a part of a recently released web show starring Vijay Verma and Shweta Tripathi.
