CID 2: Shivaji Satam sparks excitement in fans with his smashing entry; says ' 6 saal baad lauta hu lekin akad toh vohi hai'

The wait is ended, as CID, the popular television crime-based show, is slated to return in December. Featuring the original cast, Shivaji Satam, Dayanand Shetty, and Aditya Srivastava, in key roles, the show promises more entertaining and fascinating cases for the CID team to solve in Season 2. To build audience enthusiasm, the channel is releasing promos consecutively.
A few hours ago, the channel uploaded a new CID promo featuring the OG Shivaji Satam aka ACP Pradyuman. In this promo, daredevil ACP Pradyuman is on the hunt for criminals and has proven that his reign will last forever. In the video, as the offender attempts to assault, ACP Pradyuman grabs him and says, "Bache, bhale 6 saal baad lauta hu lekin akad toh vohi hai aaj bhi, toofani! (Although I have returned after 6 years, the attitude is still the same)."
The caption for this promo reads, "Tufaani jazba, tez dimag aur mujrim ko pakadne ki himmat, yaani ACP Pradyuman."

CID ended its 20-year run on October 27, 2018, making it one of India's longest-running television series. The new season of the show will start on December 21, 2024, airing every Saturday and Sunday at 10 p.m.
