Founded by Bhupendra Agrawal and Kumar Vaibhav, Moms Home offers a wide range of over 50 high-quality, environment-friendly, and ultra-soft baby products. Now, the brand is set to take its next big step, pitching on Shark Tank India 4. Seeking an investment of 75 lakh for 1% equity, the founders are eager to scale their business and expand both online and offline. As they step onto the Shark Tank India 4 stage, the investors are intrigued by the brand’s focus on sustainability and quality. But will they take a chance on this rising player in the baby care industry?
In the previous episode, Delhi-based startup Trajectory, founded by Raghav Mahajan and Himanshu Verma, appeared on Shark Tank India 4 seeking ₹1 crore for 2% equity for their ergonomic comfort products. However, the Sharks were skeptical, with Anupam Mittal criticizing their pitch and questioning the need for their business. Raghav’s philosophical approach frustrated the Sharks, with Aman Gupta sarcastically suggesting he write books. Despite concerns about branding and focus, the founders impressed with their numbers.

Aman, Anupam, and Namita backed out, but Ritesh Agarwal and Peyush Bansal made offers. After intense negotiations, Trajectory secured a deal with Ritesh—₹50 lakh for 3% equity and ₹50 lakh as debt at 8% interest. The founders expressed excitement about the partnership, believing Ritesh’s expertise would help scale their brand and improve accessibility for their comfort products across India.
