Shivani’s co-actors left her stumped!

Shivani Gosain, who plays Chandni bhabi in the show Rubi on 9X, was shocked when no one recognised her at the launch party for the show.
Shivani, who normally dresses up in traditional outfits for her role, came to the launch party in Indo-Western attire and looked completely different from her usual self. Not to mention she looked quite svelte and chic in that outfit! She was stunned when people gave her an all-knowing look, but still could not place her as Chandni from the show.
Shivani says, ���I was surprised by the reaction of all those present at the party.People looked at me as if they didn���t know who I was. But when my director recognised me, I felt at ease. Then, gradually, everyone started recognising me and complimented me on my never-seen-before look. That's when I realised that I must be so convincing in my role as Chandni, that no one imagined that I can also have another side to me.���
