Talking about shooting after lockdown, Ashok said: "We are enjoying shooting after a gap of 3 months but still we are feeling a little uncomfortable now because earlier we used to get the script in our hands, now we are getting it on the mobile phone and that part is becoming uncomfortable".

Ashok is scared of rising coronavirus cases in TV actors and shared his concern over it and said, "I am scared that if anyone gets any symptoms on the set, our shooting will be completely stopped and not only our serial will get affected but Raja Ranichi Ga Jodi's set will also get affected because our production crew is the same. Though the doctors on the set are checking our pulse rate, BP, and temperature every day we have a burden now. From my side, I am talking precautions by not removing the mask. I only remove the mask when the director says action otherwise I do everything on the set with the mask on"

Ashok talked about how he spent lockdown and said, "When I got to know about that shooting has been shut down and there was curfew also, I got depressed. Later I realized that it's not going to be over soon so I thought rather than sitting alone and thinking about other things, let's spend time with family. It is necessary because I am not going to get this much time later. I watched many films and enjoyed them a lot. I also have a farm in the backyard of my house in Goa so I did farming, ate veggies and fruits, and enjoyed my lockdown".
Talking about precautions he is taking on the set, He said, "I came from Goa to Kolhapur and also completed the quarantine period. Me and Vidula aka Siddhi we usually meet and hug each other but due to the guidelines, we couldn't do it and we're thinking like what's happening in our life?(Laughs). Talking about set precautions, we are doing our own makeup and everything. Also, we both are using different makeup kits and after doing entire makeup, we do touch up also all by ourselves, not by the makeup artist. We have our separate chairs now and no one can sit on anyone's chair. We have separate food plates and food."

Shooting romantic scenes together is a task now, Ashok revealed the technique which the director is following now and said, "A lot of change has happened. The thing is according to the storyline, earlier our onscreen characters Shiva and Siddhi were staying away from each other and their romance was just about to bloom and lockdown happened. The audience used to love our romance and chemistry, so now we have to avoid romantic scenes due to the restrictions. It's going to be challenging for us to shoot romantic scenes now due to the restrictions. We are trying to use various angles to show the close physical scenes but in the end, it's tough. I request all my fans that we are literally working hard while shooting and trying to entertain you so your love and support are our need now."
