New Tamil daily soap Raja Rani 2 to premiere soon

Here's good news for fans of Alya Manasa and Sidhu Sid. A new daily soap titled Raja Rani season 2 is all set to air soon. The channel airing the show has confirmed the same with the new promo on their official media handles. The lead actors Alya and Sidhu also took to their respective social media handles and shared the good news with the fans.
Raja Rani season 2 features Alya Manasa, Sidhu Sid, Sreenidhi Sudharshan, Praveena Lalithabhai and many others in the lead roles.The new serial is directed by popular TV director Praveen Bennett.

Raja Rani 2 is all about how a sweet shop vendor supported his wife who is an IPS aspirant. The show is touted to be a remake of the popular Hindi daily soap Diya Aur Baati Hum which aired between August, 2011 to September, 2016. Diya Aur Baati Hum was dubbed into Tamil as En Kanavan En Thozhan. However an official confirmation is awaited in this regard.

Alya Manasa and Sreenidhi have been hinting about their new project for a while now/ Fans on social media are eagerly looking forward to Alya's comeback after a sabbatical. She gained huge name and fame with her performance in the first edition of Raja Rani where she was seen as Sembaruthi aka Semba.

Sidhu Sid was known for his performance in his other show Thirumanam (as Santhosh).
