He said that the people of Bihar were unhappy with the results of the census, and that it has led to a state of 'uneasiness' in Bihar. The Supreme Court on Friday refused to restrain the Bihar government from publishing further data from its caste survey, saying it cannot stop any state from taking a policy decision.
