Maharashtra: Satara district administration demolishes unauthorised structures near Afzal Khan's tomb

The Satara district administration demolished unauthorised structures on the government land near Afzal Khan's tomb in Maharashtra. The district administration made adequate security arrangements and deployed more than 1500 police personnel. To prevent any law and order situation, Satara collector has already issued weapon and mob ban orders in the district till November 29. "Demolition of encroachments around Afzal Khan's tomb was carried out as per the HC order," said Maharashtra deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis.
