We all remember the romantic number 'Pehla Nasha' from the superhit film 'Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar' and we certainly can't forget Pooja Bedi's a la Marilyn Monroe moment in the song.
When the cast and crew of the film reunited at the MAMI film festival recently, on the table for discussion were many topics and specially this one. Farah Khan who choreographed 'Pehla Nasha' back in the day let in that a lot went into getting the perfect shot for Pooja Bedi's Marilyn Monroe moment.
Initially, it was difficult to make Pooja Bedi's little red dress fly like Monroe's, hence a big fan was placed on the ground to crack the shot. But Faran Khan went on to reveal that what eventually happened was that the whole dress flew up covering Pooja Bedi's face and exposing all the rest. And to add to Pooja's embarrassment, Farah revealed, that the actress was wearing a red thong underneath. Well, since the song is a wonderful one, rest is just history.
