BRS, BJP creating political chaos in Telangana: Bhatti

Hyderabad: Deputy chief minister Bhatti Vikramarka on Monday accused BRS and BJP of trying to create political chaos in Telangana, unable to digest the success of the Congress govt in starting implementation of SC categorisation, passing 42% BC quota, the fine rice supply scheme, and numerous other welfare programmes.
Speaking at ‘Jai Bapu, Jai Bhim, Jai Samvidhaan' public meeting organised at Mancherial by local MLA Prem Sagar Rao, Bhatti alleged that BRS and BJP were indulging in political conspiracies to mislead the people and trying to project the Revanth Reddy-led govt in a poor light.
"Social justice is Congress' principle, and to facilitate this, the Congress govt decided to identify the population of different communities and castes through a caste survey, based on which welfare schemes could be extended. The Congress govt is committed to the welfare of SCs, STs, BCs, minorities, farmers, women, the poor, and other downtrodden sections of society. No level of conspiracies by BRS and BJP will be able to stall the welfare initiatives of the Congress govt," he said.
