Goud to take over as GhaziabadCP, Deepak given charge of Agra

Lucknow: In a late evening reshuffle on Tuesday, the state govt appointed J Ravinder Goud as the new police commissioner of Ghaziabad and gave the charge of Agra police commissionerate to Deepak Kumar. Goud was Agra police commissioner so far. Kumar was the IG, Agra range.
Among 11 IPS officers who were shifted, Ghaziabad police commissioner Ajay Mishra has been sent to Prayagraj zone as the IG.
Prem Kumar Gautam, who was posted as IG Prayagraj zone, is the new IG ATS. Gautam was recently felicitated by the CBI for his notable work during his deputation with the central agency. ADG ATS Neelabja Chaudhary has been appointed as ADG CID.
In the district-level reshuffle, Mathura SSP Shailesh Pandey has been elevated as DIG Agra range while SP Bulandshahr Shlok Kumar has been made Mathura SSP. Barabanki SP Dinesh Kumar Singh has been posted as Bulandshahr SP, while Baghpat SP Arpit Vijayvargiya has been made Barabanki SP.
Commandant of the 6th Battalion PAC, Meerut, Suraj Kumar Rai, is the new Baghpat SP, while Prem Chandra, who was posted as SP in the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, Lucknow, has been shifted as Commandant of the same PAC battalion in Meerut.
