Rajasthan PTET 2025: The application deadline for the Rajasthan Pre-Teacher Education Test (PTET) 2025 for the 2-year B.Ed course has been extended. Candidates who were unable to apply for the exam earlier due to ongoing examinations can now submit their applications until April 17th, 2025. The announcement was made by Vardhman Mahavir Open University (VMOU), Kota, which is conducting the exam this year.
This extension comes as a relief to many aspiring students, offering them an additional chance to apply for the 2-year B.Ed course through the PTET 2025. The original deadline had created concerns among applicants who were unable to meet the deadline due to their academic schedules and other reasons.
Eligibility criteria for 2-year B.Ed course
To apply for the 2-year B.Ed course through PTET 2025, candidates must meet specific eligibility criteria. For general category candidates, a minimum of 50% marks in their graduation or post-graduation is required. On the other hand, candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, MBC, Divyang, widows, and divorced women (who are permanent residents of Rajasthan) need at least 45% marks to be eligible for the course.

3. Fill out the application form with personal and academic details, select the course, and enter payment information.
4. Upload the necessary documents in the required format.
5. Pay the application fee of Rs 500 using available online payment options.
6. Submit the application form and take a printout for future reference.
The application fee of Rs 500 is mandatory for all candidates, and it can be paid via various online modes.

Rajasthan PTET 2025 exam date and admit card details
The Rajasthan PTET 2025 exam will be held on June 15th, 2025. It will be conducted in an offline mode using pen and paper, consisting of objective-type questions.
