After his hit collaborations on singles like Ocean with Khalid, In The Name Of Love with
Bebe Rexha and Scared To Be Lonely with
Dua Lipa, popular Dutch DJ Martin Garrix has now teamed up with Macklemore and Fall Out Boy’s frontman Patrick Stump for a new single, titled Summer Days.
The song showcases a different side of Martin Garrix’s diverse range of sounds, blending in with the vocals delivered by Macklemore and Patrick.
It’s the story of two lovers, who make each other better people. It whips up the emotion of new love, the kind when you can’t bear to be apart from each other.
Content with the way the track sounds, the Animals and Sacred To Be Lonely hitmaker says, “Summer Days is a song that makes you want to get in the car with your friends and blast it with the windows down. Working with Patrick and Macklemore on this track was an honour. They are both great artistes. Since they have different styles, the song got a new dimension. I’m super happy with the end result.”
