From pan-Asian dishes like sushi and poke bowls to fusion dishes like avocado dahi puri, motichoor cheesecake, and desi delights, the first edition of the Times Food and Nightlife Awards Noida was a feast of flavours. Noida’s culinary stars, shining in the city’s expanding culinary landscape, served a delectable fare to the guests. For some, the highlight was meeting people who share their love for food; for others, it was the perfect way to wrap up the weekend.

Kuchipudi exponent Kaushalya Reddy was all smiles as she gorged on mithais that matched the colours of her silk sari, like pista lauj and mango rabri.
"Just like a well-composed taal, every dish at the Times Food & Nightlife Awards struck the perfect balance between tradition and taste. With burgers, falafel and paneer-rice, there was fusion served on my plate!" says Pranshu Chaturlal, tabla player and composer.
