Manoj Bajpayee reminisces working with Vikram Gokhale: We shared great moments on the sets of Aiyaary

Bollywood lost an iconic actor today as Vikram Gokhale breathed his last at a hospital in Pune. The veteran was undergoing treatment for over 15 days and had also suffered multiple organ failure.
Reminiscing fond memories of sharing the frame with Vikram Gokhale, Manoj Bajpayee shared, “I had with him in Aiyaary and shared a few great moments with him on the set.We were in touch for a long time over the phone. I always respected him as an actor. His contribution has been great, not only to the Hindi and Marathi cinema, but also to Indian theatre. He will be missed for the person that he was, for the actor that he was. His contribution has been immense.”
Akshay Kumar, who had worked with Vikram Gokhale in two films, had tweeted, “Very sad to know of the demise of Vikram Gokhale ji. Worked with him in films like Bhool Bhulaiyaa, Mission Mangal, had so much to learn from him. Om Shanti.”
Vikram Gokhale is survived by his wife Vrushali Gokhale and two daughters.
